Homemade pizza
I mostly cook to eat. I am not plating things with tweezers. But homemade pizza always feels worth the effort.
This one came out particularly well. Good colour on the crust, cheese actually melted properly, toppings spread out instead of all dumped in the middle. The photo does not capture how good the kitchen smelled.
No formal recipe. The dough is a feel it out situation and toppings were whatever was in the fridge. That is the kind of cooking I actually enjoy. Adaptable, hard to mess up unless you burn it.
