Banana bread

Just regular banana bread. No computer parts involved whatsoever.

Had some bananas going brown on the counter and the only correct response to that situation is banana bread. The batter came together well. Mashed bananas, wet ingredients mixed, dry ingredients folded in gently because overmixing banana bread is genuinely a crime against baked goods.

Photo is from right before it went in the oven. Top is smooth. Batter looks promising. Zero CPUs present.

It turned out moist with a good crumb. Toasted with butter the next morning was even better. Banana bread always tastes better the day after you make it and I do not know why that is.
